The challenge

Across multiple Bregal Investments portfolio companies, we built AI that scores recorded sales calls against custom coaching rubrics and monitors CRM, support, and product data to surface churn risk and expansion opportunities before they show up in the numbers.

How we built it

We connected Chorus call recordings to a custom AI scoring engine that evaluates each call against competency rubrics tailored for each portfolio company, then auto-generates rep-level coaching reports with manager-level visibility. The same infrastructure monitors CRM, support, and product data to surface churn signals and expansion opportunities before they show up in lagging indicators, giving operators a 30-50 day head start on the decisions that matter.
