I run an AI automation and implementation company based out of San Francisco. We have delivered for 80+ clients across the US, UK, India, Australia, and the Gulf.
Most businesses I talk to have already tried AI. They bought the tools, watched the demos, ran a pilot, and ended up with something that impressed everyone in the meeting and got quietly abandoned three weeks later. The gap is almost never the model. It is the plumbing, the edge cases, and the fact that nobody owned the last 20% of the build. That last 20% is the work I do.
