The challenge

An AI document engine that converts competency-conversation transcripts into completed, compliance-aligned qualification files, cutting 5-6 hours of prep per student and expanding from one document template to four.

How we built it

We built an n8n pipeline that ingests competency-conversation transcripts, cleans and chunks them, maps each response against benchmark competency answers, then outputs completed qualification documents with compliance-aligned formatting. The system was expanded from one document type to four, with a selection interface so staff can generate any qualification from a single transcript. Every output retains the source transcript and structured JSON for audit purposes.
