The challenge

Capacité's business development team was tracking dozens of projects at once across government tender portals, news announcements, and LinkedIn signals, with the work spread across people, sources, and time. We built a single intelligence system that connects every source, filters for exactly what matters, links projects across time, and delivers a sorted pipeline to the team before the day starts.

How we built it

We mapped where Capacité's BD process was really spending its time: someone checking government tender portals, someone scanning news for project announcements, someone tracking LinkedIn for early signals like a factory groundbreaking or a developer's next move. The system was only as strong as its most fragmented point. We built a system that connects what those separated sources couldn't connect on their own: a daily WhatsApp and email bulletin at 9:30am, an always-current filterable dashboard, automatic continuity trails that re-link a project when it resurfaces months later as a tender, smart filtering against geography and value rules, no-code source and keyword configuration, live source-health monitoring, a self-learning source database, and a consolidated report every Monday for the weekly meeting.
