The challenge

One of Europe's largest independent real estate fund managers (10bn+ euros AUM) was buried in emailed deal documents scattered across dozens of projects. We built an AI data room that reads every file from a single inbox, assigns it to the right project, tracks completeness in real time, and auto-generates investment summaries and debt term sheets, turning a chaotic inbox into a structured, always-ready workspace.

How we built it

We built an email-based intake pipeline that reads incoming deal files from a single inbox, uses AI to classify each document by type and assign it to the correct project, then auto-generates IC-ready summaries and debt term sheets. The completeness gate tracks each data room's status in real time, so deal teams know exactly what is missing before they schedule a review, turning a folder of scattered email attachments into a structured, downloadable workspace.
